Smt. Radhika Rajivkumar is an accomplished dancer of repute in the Bharathanatyam style of Indian Classical Dance. She received her initial training in Bharathanatyam in Mumbai from Guru Ananda Narayanan and Ramaswamy Bhagavathar (disciple of Sri. Kannappa Bharatham Narayanaswamy and Sri.Vazhuvur Ramaiah Pillai) and further undertook advanced training under Guru Dr. Vimala Nair (a very senior disciple of Late Guru Kalaimamani Kadhirvelu Pillai and Padmabhusan Kalanidhi Narayanan of Chennai).
